Cascara, quinine bark, galangal root, quassia bark, cocoa nibs, coffee and table sugar. Finished in an ex-Imperial Stout cask.
An enticing aroma of coffee, tart cherries, and marzipan-like cherry stones, intertwined with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet citrus, gently touched by restrained aniseed. The flavour profile unfolds with bold coffee and cocoa, accompanied by the zest of orange peel and a mild tannic bitterness.
