Navy Strength. Deep and dramatic.
A deep and dramatic gin for when you’re caught in the rain, on the wrong side of town. This full strength gin is textured with beeswax, mellowing the higher ABV against the aromatic protagonists.
Ingredients
Juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, beeswax, star anise, lingonberry, rosemary, fresh bergamot peel.
Description
Tasting notes
Aroma: Heavy juniper, layers of citrus notes from rosemary leading into citrus peel. Vanilla characters from lingonberry. The scent of honey.
Flavour: Very juniper lead, a little aniseed. Hints of honey.
Feel: Bold resinous and fatty texture from the beeswax. A tad citrusy.
Recommended pour – Clean on ice with a sprig of Rosemary.
