Majorna Fizz

Amicitia Organic Dry Gin

The Ingredients

  • 35 ml Amicitia Gin
  • 15 ml Sea Buckthorn white wine*
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 30 ml fig leaf syrup*
  • Cream
  • Nutmeg


*Sea Buckthorn white wine 

  • 150g Sea buckthorn.
  • 750ml Dry white wine.

Put your ingredients in a sous-vide bag, vacuum and cook at 45 degrees for 1 hour.
Mash the content, chill onto an ice bath and strain.
Pour everything into an airtight container and let it macerate overnight. Mash and strain.

*Fig-leaf Syrup

  • 1 Handful of figleaves
  • 1000g water
  • 1500g Sugar

Put everything in a sous-vide bag and vacuum. Cook at 45 degrees for 2 hours. Make sure that all the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool down and strain.
Boil water and add sugar. Throw in the fig leaves and leave them until everything cools down.

  • Pre-batched Majorna Fizz
    Pre-mix all of your ingredients and keep it cool. Top up with lightly whipped cream and finish it with grated nutmeg for an easy way to impress.
