About This Project
A Gothenburg interpretation on a classic cocktail.
The Recipe
- 50ml Organic Kusten Aquavit
- 150ml Quality tomato juice
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- Two dashes low salt soy sauce
- Two dashes tabasco
Water from the oyster
- Lots of ice, for serving
- Top with an Oyster, toasted sesame and tabasco
- Celery (if you have time, pickle them overnight!)
